It is estimated that 98% of business in BC is driven by small business according to a 2018 BC Stats report. Of the 501,300 businesses, 493,100 are made up of employees ranging from 5 – 50. Small business is no longer small but owners and entrepreneurs are struggling to quantify their ideas.

 

An effective business plan is a document that conveys the key fundamentals and the strategy, prospects and growth potential of a company. It is a selling document for external users and a road map for internal ones. A business plan is an invaluable management tool if it is well prepared, reviewed and updated on a regular basis
