I am a results driven, hands-on team leader with more than 15 years of progressive executive and operational experience.  I have partnered with various financial organizations in areas of operational efficiency, new business line implementations, automation of business processes, establishing policy and procedures, risk analysis and assessment and regulatory expertise.
